Rio Celeste – Tenorio Volcano

Hiking to the turquoise waterfall of the Rio Celeste. You will hike through the green rainforest to an imposing waterfall. The turquoise blue color of the river “Rio Celeste”.  The path winds along a small path through the rainforest. If you have enough time, I recommend you habe to walk to the “Tenidores” so called. Here you can see how a chemical reaction is caused by the confluence of two rivers, the turquoise blue color, which has given the name “Celeste” to the river – a unique spectacle.
